This programme, led by Kings College London, brings together FE sector expertise and Kings Business School’s vast experience in leadership and governance to explore the role of the chair. Utilising the insights and skills of experts and facilitators, participants identify concrete steps that allow Chairs to improve their impact on the board and the wider organisation.
