Senior Leaders Programme

Designed and delivered by King’s College London and ChangeSchool, this programme brings together FE sector expertise and Kings Business School’s vast experience in leadership to provide participants with an experiential and practical approach to establishing a senior leader’s role. Participants develop a fuller understanding of the place of the senior leader within a complex FE Policy landscape and the programme advances technical leadership knowledge and behaviours.
