Finance for Non-Financial Leaders

The aim of this course is to enhance understanding of both the technical aspects of finance and the ways in which high level organisational decisions are influenced by finance. Crucially, a big emphasis is placed upon how these two intertwine and how a minimum threshold of financial expertise is a de facto prerequisite for those aspiring to leadership positions. Thus, the course is aimed at those in management positions who seek to enhance their financial knowledge such that they can have a bigger impact on their own organisations.
