Leading, Managing and Challenging Net Zero Planning

There is a historic opportunity for organisations of all kinds, in all sectors to become global leaders in the transition to a low-carbon economy. This 3-day in-person course provides participants with the theoretical grounding, technical knowledge and practical skills required to set an effective net zero plan (NZP) to transform their organisations, spur innovation, and promote sustainable economic growth. Importantly, this course helps future leaders embrace the shift in mindset that is required to set an effective NZP and drive systemic change in decision-making and behaviours.

Our approach to net zero planning is for organisations to have actionable, measurable, specific projects as part of a short-term rolling plan. We look at net zero planning from a business opportunity perspective, with a focus on how we can make this work for your organisation, as well as from an ethical and environmental standpoint. The course is designed to take participants on a journey through leadership and management of NZP from an internal and external perspective. We will leverage King’s Business School’s connectivity into London and hear emergent, progressive thinking in the NZP field.
